With a suggested departure time at 8 AM and returning at around noon, this tour offers the guests a bit of everything, sailing along the coast, snorkeling, stops at secluded beaches for kayaking and snorkeling, even paddle boarding comes with the tour if requested and some fishing ( trolling ).

Some people enjoy the outdoor activities, while some rather stay on the boat, either inside or on deck, while enjoying the beautiful nature and scenery.

All the saiboats come with bathrooms, freshwater showers, comfortable inside salon, spacious deck with seating places as well as all the necessary safety gear and equipment. Snorkeling gear is included.

Staff, guides and captain are highly knowledgeable, fun and experienced sailing in these waters.

Tamarindo Sunset Sail Tour

Book our private sunset sailing trip and enjoy the beautiful colors of the sunset while sailing in along the coast of Guanacaste.

Before the sun goes down, we will have enough time for quality sailing time while enjoying the views of the dramatic coast.

Stops at secret spots included, where we will have enough time for snorkeling ( included ); kayaking ( included ) and paddle boarding ( SUP included but needs to be requested ).

Swim in the water, sunbathe, relax on the deck or in the comfortable inside salon.

Fresh water showers and bathrooms are obviously available. Beer, fruite juice, sodas, alcoholic drinks and cocktails, snacks, fruit and chips and dips included.

Once the sun goes down, we will slowly head back to the hotel.

Full Day Tamarindo Sailing

Our company offers full day sailing tours departing from Tamarindo Beach.

The suggested departure time we recommend is 8 AM, with a later afternoon evening return after sunset.

The tour departs from Tamarindo Bay.

The trip includes snorkeling gear, for snorkeling in the pristine waters near any of the rocky pinnacles, reefs and islets we know of.

Guests can also enjoy ocean kayaking ( free ), and if requested , paddle boarding.

The tour combines sailing, where you can enjoy beautiful landscapes, the blue skies, the sun, the blue ocean with many activities and key pit stops for snorkeling, swimming, bathing.

Some prefer to stay in the comfortable shaded inside salon, equipped with kitchen, bathrooms and fresh water showers, enough seating places. Some rather stay on deck, enjoying nature.

A fantastic lunch is also included, as well as abundant drinks and snacks.

Your adventure begins at any time, suggested departures early in the morning for the morning half day trip or after lunch at around d 1 30 for the sunset tour, returning around 4 – 4.5 hours later.

Our full day private trip is the best. Snorkeling, ocean kayaking, paddle boarding ( Stand Up Paddle )… or simply rest on the spacious decks or inside the comfortable main salon.

Enjoy swimming in the ocean, resting on secluded beaches, snorkeling around rocky pinnacles, spot occasional dolphins and even whales ( depending on the season ).

In case of Tamarindo, we always try to have people go to Flamingo or Conchal, since the conditions sometimes disallow for boarding from right on the beach in Tamarindo.

The Flamingo Marina is just a short 25 minute drive from Tamarindo, and in case of not having transportation, we can provide at an extra cost.

Excellent Sailing charter. From the beginning of approaching the company, the service was outstanding. We went through several options of sailboats and catamarans in order to find the perfect boat for our group, and the advice received was great. The tour was equally outstanding. The best advice and the selection of boats is very profesional. I loved the fact that the company runs 4 catamarans, al of them great. The charter was perfect. Great sailing crew, excellent onboard service, food and the drinks and service in general fantastic. The snorkeling gear is first quality. Very good and a statement to the service of this country. We booked the afternoon tour because we wanted to see the sunset. After 2 hours of sailing, BLAM, rain, not a heavy rain, but hey, you can't control the weather today. Even so, with everything and rain it was a very fun tour. And as planned, at the end of the tour, it stopped raining and we could see the wonderful colors of these incredible sunsets as we sailed towards the hotel.

Great day trip, awesome food. The full day trip to Playa Guacascolito was just perfect. Food was superb, fresh fish. Loved the fact that it was really very secluded, we were not used to that but that was an experience beyond what we have ever had before. Just us, nature and service.

Great food, great staff, luxury and confort but still nature and beautiful lonely beaches as the main highlight. I loved this combination, confort and pampering service and ameniies with the feeling of adventure and expeditions. Superb Destinatio Unknown and Zafira and Puar Vida, best catamrans we have sailed with so far in Costa Rica.
